About the Role
SOS is seeking a detail-oriented Events and Webinars Intern to support planning, coordination, and execution of our webinars and conference presence. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Communications Specialist and other interns as needed.
You’ll gain real experience in event marketing, webinar production, logistics, promotion, follow-up workflows, and cross-team coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
What You’ll Learn
Conference logistics, planning checklists, and asset preparation
How to plan and run professional B2B webinars
Event promotion strategies across email, social, and partner channels
Webinar platform setup (Zoom, registration pages, reminders, recordings)
Slide deck prep, speaker coordination, and run-of-show documentation
Post-event follow-up processes, reporting, and lead management
How marketing aligns with Sales and RMs for event-driven pipeline
What You’ll Do
Support conference prep: booth materials, handouts, shipping, checklists, attendee organization
Assist with creating webinar registration pages and confirmation emails
Prepare slide decks, speaker bios, and event descriptions
Support scheduling, calendar invites, and internal alignment
Help organize run-of-show documents and ensure all assets are ready
Manage event reminders, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up tasks
Assist with trimming, uploading, and publishing webinar recordings
Complete necessary administrative tasks
(includes data entry, organization, documentation, and CRM updates)
Who You Are
Junior, senior, or recent graduate
Any event, marketing, or administrative experience preferred
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Calm under pressure and able to handle many moving parts
Comfortable working independently and figuring things out
Nashville (Central Time business hours) preferred, but not required
