One Young World Fellowship 2026: Join the Programmes Team in London (Paid Role)

One Young World, the global community for young leaders, is seeking three new Programmes Fellows to join their team in London. This is a fixed-term, full-time role running from January 2026 to November 30, 2026, designed to help deliver the ambitious plans for the One Young World 2026 Summit in Cape Town.

This fellowship is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about sustainable development. You will earn the London Living Wage while working with young leaders from every country in the world. The application deadline is fast approaching on 19 December 2025.

Fellowship Overview & Key Details

Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As a Programmes Fellow, you will be the bridge between the world's brightest young leaders and the Summit. Your work ensures that financial means do not prevent impactful leaders from attending. Core duties include:

• Outreach: Researching and engaging with impactful young leaders globally to ensure they know about One Young World programs.
• Admissions Support: Supporting the admissions process to ensure the very best candidates are selected.
• Logistics: Assisting with visa applications, booking flights, and managing accommodation for delegates.
• Delegate Support: Serving as the main point of contact for delegates from over 190 countries, handling queries via email and phone.

Eligibility and Requirements

One Young World is looking for enthusiastic, organised team players. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

• Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK. (Sponsorship is not available).
• Skills: High efficiency, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
• Personality: Confident telephone manner, attention to detail, and a passion for social/environmental causes.
